I high doubt that I would be able to make it. Thats right in the middle of planting season so I really can't leave.

I might be able to make it, but I am not sure what I am doing yet during that time (as I have a 2 week break between school and work). It seems like it might be pretty cool to check out.

Re: Inaugural Midwest GM-Tuner Gathering
I will not be able not make it. My five year class reunion is on the 17th. I'll most likely even miss half of it by the time I get off for the day.

Yeah, I won't be able to make it either. Just found out I'm going camping in Michigan with the gf and a couple other friends that weekend.

I also found out I will not be able to make it. I will be up North replacing the soffit on my parents cabin that weekend, then starting summer work for a company on Monday.

Re: Inaugural Midwest GM-Tuner Gathering
hey i just got back from the dells a couple hours ago. it was a blast! well not so much the car show and stuff lol. fri night everyone was just gettin up there so wasnt much goin on fri night. we just sat out on the main strip and watched the cars roll in. usually people do some burnouts but there was a bunch of cops so we didnt see anything. then went back and played some cards that night.
sat morn we got up and went to the car show. there were soooooo many cars there in the show. like literally thousands of cars! we didnt look at all of them cuz there was just wayyyyy tooo many lol. but a lot of muscle cars and hot rods since the show was only cars '89 and older. lots of sweet cars tho. but it started raining a lil bit so couldnt do much outside. then by 3 there was a parade w/ the show cars but it was still raining so that really didnt happen. later on it cleared up and we went go-karting. that was sooo much fun lol but its kinda expensive. the rain still continued it sucked! so we didnt really do much that night. sat night is usually the burnout night but ya nothing due to the rain.
overall for the car showing and stuff the weekend sucked. but me and my friends made it into a pretty hilarious time lol. (i'll get some pix up shortly my friend was takin all the pix w/ his camera)

Re: Inaugural Midwest GM-Tuner Gathering
Sounds like some fun. I was up at my parents cabin and replaced the soffit and fascia trim on the place (that wasn't so fun, but it looks good now). I got to relax some, but the bugs were something else the first 2 days I was there.
